A sample is taken of each trailer of grapes for analysis (sugar content, quality controls...)
The grapes at the cellar are separated according to the different varieties and quality levels.
The entire process of pressing and pumping the must around the cellar is automatically controlled.
The different analyses enable the quality control of the entire process: entry of the grapes, fermentations and the subsequent storage in tanks.
All the tanks have temperature control to ensure the ideal fermentation temperatures to maintan the maximum aromatic quality of the wines.
A selected part of the production is bottled under the Puig Rodó label.
