| A sample is taken of each trailer of grapes for analysis
(sugar content, quality controls...) |
 |
| The grapes at the cellar are separated according to
the different varieties and quality levels. |
 |
| The entire process of pressing and pumping the must
around the cellar is automatically controlled. |
 |
| The different analyses enable the quality control
of the entire process: entry of the grapes, fermentations
and the subsequent storage in tanks. |
 |
| All the tanks have temperature control to ensure the
ideal fermentation temperatures to maintan the maximum
aromatic quality of the wines. |
 |
| A selected part of the production is bottled under
the Puig Rodó label. |
